Anyone fitted invisiframe to the matte colour frame (moss) ? Did you use baby shampoo and water, isopropyl mix or both ?

No. RTFMDoesn't the use of soap generate bubbles that then get trapped under the film?
AndI have not used Invisiframe, but other protective films.
I apologise in advance as this is going to sound harsh but it genuinely baffles me why you'd comment with a useless anecdode about your ability to fit some irellivant frame protection film dry on a thread asking for advise about fitting another very specific product you've never even used.Water alone was sufficient, but once I got practiced at it, I didn't even use that.
No?no option to RTFM.
Only our German friend BAMBAM mentioned "soapy" water. a tiny amount of baby shampoo diluted in water to allow the film to be moved into place and allow any trapped air to be squeegeed to the edges is what is actually recomended. Which is exactly why I asked you to RTFMAll you had to do was to say that soapy water was recommended by the manufacturer and left no bubbles.
I didn't pour scorn or derision towards any question at all. I just answered your only question sussinctly. If every question someone asks is met with scorn or derision, eventually they stop asking.
Yes. That is pretty useless. Since school you've had 50 adult years to improve either if you really wanted to. You can't really hold a couple of long retired/dead teachers accountable for all those years. Only your introduction to their subjects.I'm still crap at music and languages as a consequence. (Or is that another useless anecdote?)
Ok. I'm guessing "useless" and "Irrelevant" are the adjectives you have taken issue with?Just tell me I'm wrong or that I haven't got it quite right; you don't have to load up the adjectives.
To be guenuinely fair here. That is exactly what I have done. Then tell me the correct stuff (which to be fair you often do).
Invisiframe say use ipa and/or water mix in my instructions, the video only shows water and shampoo hence the question, no mention of using ipa to clean the frame, so your reply just adds to the confusion!!Do it as Invisi instruct you. It's stated on the paperwork with the kits. 5ml baby shampoo with 800ml water. Clean frame with tar remover or IPA.

Nice workshop ?Did mine this evening as per invisi instructions. IPA to clean frame (you can use tar remover). 5mm of baby shampoo to 800mm water to position pieces. It's a cake-walk! just boring!
