Hi! Over the last few months I've been having connectivity issues between the battery and motor resulting in jerky, intermittent power delivery.
When this first started happening I would disconnect the batter to motor harness, and then reconnect it with the issue disappearing for the rest of the ride. I did this until it got progressively worse and I ended up buying a new harness. This worked for a while but the problem has returned after a couple of months.
So I guess the problem isn't the harness. All the connections are clean and the only thing i can see is a missing plastic guide on the battery socket. This would explain why it would help to reconnect the harness sometimes.
Has anybody had a similar problem? Is it possible to but a new plastic battery socket? Thanks
