Rail (625Wh) Interesting little addition.

Just picked up this little thing off Marketplace... just a simple 3d printed cover for the bottom joint on my Rail5.
The addition by the seller of the small foam around it and the heatshrink on the cable tie was nicely done too.
Certainly does the job.

Great little addition to help prevent gravel/rocks from being pinched in the pivot area. (The sound of crushing rock is horrendous ).

There are a few other solutions also (ie; modified fender) but this will do the trick. My other concern is paint wear or chipping… or worse, frame damage.

I might include easy removal for cleaning and a snug fit. But something is better than nothing.

Edit; I ordered this little 3D cover for the AXS derailer battery …after the black one fell off during a crash. The replacement was a tighter fit.
