Integrated Lights: Cannondale Moterra 3

Hello gang,

I have a 2020 model Cannondale Moterra 3 (full details in signature). It's running the Bosch PowerTube 500 battery. The whole bike is set up ready to run integrated lights but I don't possess any (yet). I ride about 50/50 on/offroad (using roads to get to or link together local bridleways mostly). A lot of what I ride is very bumpy and the bike gets a real shaking.

Anyone out there an expert on these things who can suggest:

1. Should I even get integrated lights?
2. What models would provide good offroad illumination whilst not killing my battery?

Any sort of advice would be greatly appreciated!
