I've been mountain biking for 25 years and now own 3 eBikes. I am 3 years retired (mechanical and electrical engineer) and pretty much ride bikes full time.
I am very happy with my new 2016 Levo FSR 6Fattie. It is a very capable trail bike. I love the Levo due to the fine degree of tuning allowed on the pedal assist using the Mission Control mobile phone app. I do 95% of my riding at a 10% power pedal assist level, which I feel perfectly offsets the bike's weight and the rolling resistance of the 3.0" tires.
I have taken several pounds off the bike with upgrades and added the 2018 handlebar remote. I have also removed the top speed restriction, as I ride it exclusively offroad.
