How to regenerate TEC pack ?

My TEC pack stopped to load. I found 3 batteries damaged after the open ... the value is 9 €. The new TEC is more than 500 € . So I started to learn how to build a pack battery and I have already bought a welder for battery pack and 18650 batteries. but ... anyone has experience how to build a new one by using the same BMS ? I had also problems to pack the replaced batteries in the same foulder ... the nickel strips used are different and the path difficult to replicate . Thanks for help me !

Lots on Youtube about spotwelding battery packs .....but not found anything about BMS somewhere on here I saw mention of BMS not being reusable but if its not broken why.
Keep us posted on the work...I have a dead internal battery that could be rebuilt if anybody knows how.

I have heard the same, that if the BMS is disconnected it stops working

Yes quite simple doing attention of course to not damage the hooking . Have you thought about an alternative BMS as the one used in unofficial battery pack ? I have seen battery pack around 250 Wh not branded

AFAK, the DIY battery packs, yes, they have a different BMS, basically to protect the battery itself, but it doesn't communicate with the system, so, you don't get any information in the screen about this extra battery.

Have you managed to regenerate the TEC pack somehow?
It looks like mine has died today
