How to change travel on Marzocchi Bomber Z1 Coil?

I know the travel on the Marzocchi Z1 Coil is adjustable between 150mm and 170mm. I cannot find any instructions on how to do this. Could someone help? Also, do you know what mm the 29" fork comes set at from the factory?

You have to reduce travel spacers or add travel spacers , I've attached a manual ? looks easy enough ?

As far as I can see the 29er comes as a 170mm travel from the factory ?
