How should I degrease?

Should I use a chain degreaser?
I’ve heard that it can do more harm than good sometimes and reach places it shouldn’t go to.

If I should use one, would I only use it on the chain itself and how do I apply it?

I have the Bosch cx system.

It's easier to digress than degrease ...

You'll open a huge can of worms with the yes and no on that one ! I think generally as long as you've not over lubed, you probably shouldn't need to. A lot of this will also depend on which lube you're using.
