Just bought a front wheel to match up with an older enduro one i got recently for the back. The older enduro rear is 28mm outside-23mm internal sized. I'm fitting a 2.25" pretty much tarmac orientated semi-knobbly tyre.
The one i picked for the front is a fortus 26, which is 26mm internal(probably about 30mm wide external) It will have the same 2.25" tyre fitted.
I do have some 2.6" knobbly's which i might fit as some point, maybe as summer gets in and i can get out into the wilds a bit more often. Currently the rims on the bike are Syncros 30(30mm internal)
Anyone using 2.6" on either 23mm internal or 26mm internal rims. This is just a confirmation, as ive read on other forums thats ok. But always nice to get the 2nd opinion.
