Hi there! Newbie with M500 issues

Hi newbie here!
I got an Momas Eagle with BAFANG M500 motor. I’m would like to modify or replace my FW to have a little more assist when is gets steep. Feel like I have to put in most of the work and not the motor. Have compared it with an stock ep 8 on an hybrid/city bike and it has a lot more punch..
Where can I get a copy of my original FW before I try to flash a new one..
I have the BEEST tool.
