Pick up my Rail 7 tomorrow, can't wait!
Old guy (56) here who's not ridden off road for around 10 years, looking forward to riding the Chilterns again which would otherwise be tough for me now. I have non-electric road and hardtail bikes that i ride on the road. interested to see how the e-bike/me hold up to the 2-3 hours off road rides i'll be trying. anything special i should take in my kit bag specific to e-bikes, and my first tubeless setup?

Hi and welcome

I used to ride the Chilterns & Ridgeway regularly on a standard mtb when I lived down south, going back a good few years though!

The essential items I would recommend is a chain removal tool and some spare links as the additional torque the motor provides can easily break the chain, especially when you’re first getting used to the extra e-power

Enjoy your ride!
