Hi new (yet to be Ebike owner here)

Hi guys, been following the Ebike story unfold for a while now and want to take the plunge.

Currently I ride the new Santa Cruz Bronson which I love, but fancy an Ebike for smashing out the off piste trails local to me when I’m in the mood for it. The climbs back up are easy but boring so want my own personal uplift! Plus use at the FOD on the downhill trails, the push up is a killer!

I plan on keeping the Bronson as I do lots of group rides the Ebike will prob be for days on my own (until some of the others get one)

I have my eyes on a YT Decoy at the moment just not 100% sure about not having a dealer to be able to go too. Also I’m impatient and the waiting list doesn't look fun ? The other bike on my horizon is the Kenevo expert which I’ve found for £4.5k new. My worry with this one is the rumours of a new one around the corner.

Like anything, whatever you buy will be outdated in a year because there will always be the new model of bike.

If you don’t care about having the latest thing getting a current model at a huge discount can be a smart thing to do. Depends how you like to spend your money I guess haha
