I have a 2019 specialized kneveo (ebike) 11speed
My question is I don't see many Options, for Bluetooth shifter deraillers Is my only option to upgrade too a 12 speed.

Do you mean the Sram AXS derailer?
I have 12sp on my bikes with the AXS GX and the AXS T-type derailer. I’m not sure if an 11sp to 12sp is possible?
