Hi
I'm not that new to emtb bikes I've owned a out 5 now my first bike was an haibike with a Yamaha motor, I liked the bike but was a bit before they got popular and wasnt struck on the 29r wheels
The next bike was another haibike I opted for an a 120mm travel Bosch powered haibike bike which was 27.5 and good but lacked travel so while I had that I bought the 180mm allmtn⁸ which was very good I kept this for a year ... not my normal as I get board
After this I fancied a beast of a bike so opted for a 2019 kenevo expert which is awesome on the downhills very very capable in the descents and not too bad at all climbing the brose 1.2 motor is superb no real negativity on the kenevo bar a bit too heavy to manage on lifting over gates and if had to push up or carry up hills so I've changed again and now own the mighty Lapierre ezesty and bar it been powerful up the steep hills you have to change your riding skills ... found best approach is to spin up on low gear and that little Fazua motors pulls up a treat. Now this is the fun bit been so light weight and zero lag when its ridden on the technical bits its absolutely staggering I am a lot faster on this it glides over rocks ..guess that's the fox 36s and just goes where you want it and literally flys I've fo6nd myself air bound loads rather than skimming your just flying I cant explain why but it's crazy capable and very smooth in a word if you reasonably fit and can work the cadence to suit your capable to keep with the emtb pack and prob smoke them on descents
Just my opinion but literally zero motor lag you need to try one
