Hi guys just recently bought a bizango electric bike but it didnt come with a battery any suggestions on were to buy one and also do i need any other

Just recently bought a bizango e bike the battery is damaged any suggestions were I can buy a new one also do I need to buy battery,charger etc separately any help appreciated as its my first electric bike thanks guys

It’s a Shimano Steps battery, you should be able to pick one up from any Shimano dealer. I’d probably look on eBay first though, not sure what model you have but the BT-E8014 seems to come up when I google the bike.
