Hi there, the name is Rik an I'm living in the east part of Holland in Arnhem. For dutch standards we have got some nice trail riding in the region, from nice flowing singletrack to the wide doubbletracks. 30km's gives you stil around 350-450 hm, yep we have some inclines

Bought myself a nice Trek Rail 9.8 pre-corona in February for the trips to Germany, Belgium and the Alps. I like to have an easy time going uphil so I have the energy to shred downhill.
What kind of upgrades so far;
SRAM G2 4 piston brakes (replaced 4 piston shimano) because I like the feeling of the SRAM/Magura's more
Maxxis Aggressor and Assegai in 2.5 WT version (replaced Bontrager SE5) a little less rolling resistance and better grip up front imo
