Have ventured back into riding after a 15yr hiatus.
Dusted off my old girl, a 20yr old 26" 3x9, a pretty unique Swiss Canyon fully. Swiss Canyon did I say? Yup, this was before the Canyon US was really a thing, and my Canyon was made in Switzerland (I'd post a photo, but my post count isn't enough or something). I used it a lot riding up in the Alps, just when downhill was really starting to take off in Europe. I had a lot of fun back then. But now I am also an almost old fart now (58) and can't manage the steep stuff anymore
Anyways, I have since bought a 26x4.8 Fat Bike with a Bafang Ultra midrive, and this thing is a monster go anywhere machine. So getting used to that now I am back in Aus.
