Hi from Geordie - Dorset, UK - A question regards - E-Bike Turbo Levo Comp FSR - Road tyres

Hi all, it's good to be in the forum, hope you're all staying safe.
Question please - I have a stunning blue E-Bike - Specialized Turbo Levo Comp FSR and, as well as my off road riding, I now plan on some road riding days out too.
Does anyone have any info, can recommend any good quality low rolling resistance "Road Tyres (and tubes)" that are on the market that I can swap over onto my existing rims for road rides.

The current MTB tyres on the bike are 29 x 2.6" on the Roval Traverse 29, hookless alloy, 30mm inner width, tubeless ready rims.
