Hi from Canberra

To those who don't know Canberra is Australia's capital and a great place to mountain bike. I'm getting a bit on in age and putting on the kilo's so I'm looking to get into trail riding to get fitter. Noticed lots of good advice on the forum so thought I'd join.

Welcome, I'm form Sydney and try and get down to Canberra often, great riding places. I'm lucky enough to have to visit for work and take my bike down and ride out to Stromlo after work
