I have a levo Sl expert and the bike it great apart from when out in rain and it gets wet it turns off and will not restart .has anybody else had this issue

Sounds most likely like moisture getting into the TCU on the top tube. Sometimes the USB port has been left open. Some people take it out and tape around the unit to stop moisture getting in.

I guess you could also have water running down and round somewhere else where a cable hasn't been seated correctly.
