Hi, my name is Ellis and I am new to the Ebike community. i currently own a Haibike Full Nine 7. I have joined this as I appear to have run into a problem with my ebike and I am hoping someone can assist me

Welcome. There is a Haibike forum on here, go to Forums (top of page) and then page down until you find it, then post your problem.
Unless it is a very specific Haibike issue then other members may chip in to assist.
