Here is what my 2019 S-Works Levo sounds like - any ideas?

It's awful. It is not the chain guide - I removed it, no change. It seems to stop if I pedal with the power off. I can also feel the grinding in the cranks..

Just guessing, I'd say there's a ratchet pawl gone amiss inside the motor - most motors have an internal BB axle ratchet (not to be confused with the rear hub ratchet on the back wheel).

Either that, or one of the motor internal reduction gears has had a bad day.

Whatever that is, that could very well be a warranty claim.
