Hi can anybody in the Southampton area help me please, got a brand new Levo Expert. Got a error message come up when I plug the charger in red flashing light on the charger so not sure if it’s the battery or charger. So anyone in the area who can help by letting me try my charger and battery on there bike please

Disconnect the charger and open mission control and check the error log and see what it says

Where did you buy the bike from? if its brand new then id take it back and show them, if they say it will take more than a few days to sort then walk out with the bike and pay Chris Reilly@ Berkshire cycles a visit

Chris will have you back up and running whilst you wait

There’s nothing no error messages, bike turns on fine and works it’s only when I go to charge the battery the red light flashes on the charger so possibly the charger is at fault

Have you tried charging the battery direct rather than via the external charging port?
