Help with tyres please, suitable for on and off road

I use my bike as a means of transport and off road various terrain and weather conditions.
I've bwen looking around and cannot find suitable for both. I was thinking of radials, but research and says not comfy for road use.

I like Schwalbe Al grounder. My rides are 50% asphalt and 50% gravel. Not good in mud though.
An other option I was looking was Marathon plus mtb.
