Help with resetting ebike to factory settings.

I have a Sebic SE200 I was trying to change the speedometer from to kilometers to miles but I press the wrong setting and now the bike won't run.
The bike and the led controller due power but when press the throttle the wheels don't turn. The manual does not provide any instructions on how to reset the bike to factory settings. I thank you for any help.
