HELP! Rotor adapter

I want to upgrade my rotors to 220f and 200r I want the sram rotor but I can not find the 200mm adapter only for 203mm. Will anyone help plz?

I dont know if the whole adaptor thing has changed over the years, though i cant think why it should, especially as there are other companies who specialize in just componentry- superstar etc. So far as im aware a PM to PM adaptor of any make, thats specced from whatever your base rotor fork size is(probably 180) so 180-220 PM to PM would fit without problem.

Hope M(180-220), P(200-220) or Q (203-220)
