Hello

I'm Peter from Hungary. I started using a hard tail Cube Ebike for commute from last May, I was hooked right away.I replaced the cube with a KTM fully enduro several month later, and the love for Ebikes just got bigger. I put 2700km into the KTM in 9 month. Both Bosch CX engine, never had any problem with them, while I was abusing them in rain, snow, dirt.

I love clean cockpits, changed the bar, stem, first replaced the Intuvia with Purion, after with Kiox, but never liked the way these displays "brake" the cockpit look, so I made a hybrid system, with bluetooth connection, Shimano E7000 switch, and no display on the cockpit. I will post some picture tomorrow from the bike.

I was reading the forum without registration for a while, watching Rob's channel, decided to register.

I installed a waterproof on/off switch under the frame, the E7000 switch changes modes up and down.

Of course it's not compatible. There is a dissasembled Purion (its very cheap used here in the local market) hiding in the frame. I actually soldered contact points to the purion switches on the circuit board. I use a bluetooth capable Redped tuning box, so I can check battery percentage on my phone, and all of the data available in the bosch CAN communication system.

I had to dissasemble the E7000 switch also, so i can get to the switches on the circuit board. All of the switches on these ebikes use resistant switching method, so they use only 2 or 3 wires.
