Hello Central Coast rider. Where did you get a Cube bike on the Central Coast? This is Specialized and Santa Cruz country. Sounds rad.

Found it at Electric Bikes of Santa Barbara. I've been wanting to get into an e mountain bike but couldn't afford the Specialized. The cube was at the price point I could justify.

Nice. Yea, Specialized is not hitting the value point on their bikes. Trek is closer, but still up there. The bike companies are taking advantage of the boom and making money on the ebike arrival, but the retail prices are not coming down for consumers yet. I wonder how people are buying these $8200 bikes. I notice that Trek on their site pops up a survey about what kind of payments have you made recently (credit card, Apple Pay, etc). I’m saving up and I would go with YT or commençal or other direct because the parts spec is so much better for the money. But there is the issue of support. That’s what you it for with the big brands, or THats what we hope.

I have been there twice on bike trips, but had given up after the fight for ebike trail access, but these trails on this clip look just perfect.

We have been looking to make a trip up to Downieville.

I've been riding Downieville for over 20 years now and yuba expeditions is where you must go and who you want to talk with. Greg and his team build some amazing trails. Check out the Lure resort as well within walking distance from yuba expeditions and downtown Downieville. They have the new Santa Cruz Heckler emtb for rent. You must visit the trails are world class.
