What's the trail access situation like for ebikes in BC?

I’m not fully up to speed on it. I’m in revelstoke. From what I gather , not confirmed, they aren’t welcome on the cycling club maintained trails. There’s quite a few other trails outside the cycling club maintained trails though. It seems like it varies throughout the province. Haven’t seen many/any(on the trail) emtb’s or heard of any conflicts. A lot of trails here and not a ton of riders. I find it ez to time most rides and barely see anyone
