Heckler needs help

Hi all,
I have a first gen Heckler S build that isn't playing nice. I should say "not at all"!
I finished my last ride of 2021 on Dec 14, tidied up the drivetrain, put the bike in the garage (temp controlled at 56deg), plugged in the charger and went inside for a tasty post-ride bev.
Sounds OK, right?
I went out to check my total mileage today and the bike would not power up!
The charger light goes off after a second or two and the power button just flashes.
I pulled the battery, cleaned all of the contacts including the charge port, checked for loose or frayed wires and still no go!
Anyone have similar experiences?
Good luck contacting Shimano! I couldn't even find an email address.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey VW,
Charger plugged or not, no difference.
I did hear from Robert, with Shimano, who suggested connecting with a laptop and run analysis.
I will post results.
We do have a few weeks before the trails are rideable.
Too much mush & slush here in Fruita!
