Heckler 2024 EP801 Rattle

Hi! I'm new here, and wanted to know if this rattle is common, and if there's anything that can be done about it? It doesn't sound like much in the video, but when riding over rough terrain it's really noticeable! Here's a little video showing it:

I have a 24 Heckler 9 with the Ep801 and this is a normal noise in the garage or when you ratchet the cranks like that.

I hear little if anything on the trail. A nearly silent motor on the descents so far in the first 300km.

The motor does have a noticeable whine under load however. The EP8 seemed much quieter going uphill.
