Heavy riders on Kenevo – how's your shock

Or more specifically, how are you finding the rebound control?

I'm tall/heavy, the correct spring on there, 675 spring but am struggling with the TTX22 rebound control.

Maxed out, closed at 6 is ok for jumping and hi-speed, doesn't want to throw me over the bars... but it's so damped there that it doesn't want to track on chatter etc.

I can perhaps sense a bikeyoke and CCDB in my future.

Think you need a personal tune for your shock set up, the suspension centers can tune your TTX shock to your wishes and needs, did the same on my Levo added some rebound damping to slow down the shock. For me it was either to fast or to slow now it is in between, perfect.

That was my first port of call but the suspension store here advised that Ohlins are being protected here by Specialized. Apparently the parts are basically safe-guarded.

Will try another one and see if they have another view. Revalve would help!

Is the bike still under warranty? If so tell Specialized it isn’t working properly and see if they can help.
