Have I a missing bolt?

Dear 2021 E-160RS Owners,

Did your bike also come with only one bolt and a hole as pictured?

Im pretty sure mine came out the box like this and zooming into other peoples bikes online it’s the same.

Is everyone’s 160 like this and does anyone know why?
