If you have, was there any VAT to pay or Import Duty?

Afraid not, but I've been thinking of buying from the same places. Best bet is to just assume there is VAT to pay, and then there won't be a nasty surprise.

There should be VAT (20%) duty (4.7% I think) and a clearance fee. Whether there is will or not will depend on which courier is used, what day it is, what the customs agent had for breakfast and all sorts of other random factors.
