Has anyone added a riser handlebar to their Heckler?

My Tallboy has a carbon 40mm riser bar but it can't be drilled to accommodate wiring.

My Santa cruz bars have I believe a 20mm rise with the hole in, I certainly wouldnt be drilling a set of carbon bars just to get 20mm more rise?
