This is only a semi serious question, just to see what people think....!
Has anyone seen those goofy handlebar extenders on Amazon, the type that clamp to your bars and add a second riser bar. They seem to be marketed at commuter bikes for mounting phones, bags, coffee cups etc. They look really stupid but part of me thinks they would be great for cold, wet, winter night rides in the UK. You could mount a bank of bike lights and really blaze up the trail! I know they will add weight up high etc. but that could be offset by the increased utility. What do you think?
