Haibike, how to remove crank

Haibike nduro 6.

After removing the two inner bolts with a 8+10mm allen key, I'm here. Now what? I tried Pulling/hitting it from the other side, but it doesn't make any difference

Do not hit it. You need a crank removal tool like this. Check the individual tool fits your crank before purchase.

The tool linked will fit your bike., they are generic & you should be able to find one locally at any good bike shop
