Haibike cf12

Hi I have a haibike cf 12 with yamaha motor only had it 3 weeks and the miles display is flashing and the motor will not engage, walk mode works, has anybody else had this fault?

You can download a PDF of a Yamaha service manual from Google, this shows a flashing mileage but no error code as being caused by overheating, when does it occur?
But as it's so new wouldn't it be a warranty issue for the seller to resolve?

Hi it occurs all the time and yes it is under warranty I bought the bike from down south as it was the only place i could find 1 in stock and was just wondering if there was a quick fix thanks for your reply will get it boxed up and sent back.
