Haibike Bosch Motor removal

Hi guys, I have a Bosch Performance CX Gen 4 motor on my Haibike XDURO ALLMTN 3.0.

I need to replace the speed sensor on it but I'm having trouble dropping the motor out of the frame.

Attached is the diagram and it's the 3 bolts listed as #54 which I'm having trouble with. It's listed as being a TX40 but a TX40 is too small, and a TX45 is too big, has anyone any idea what I need to get these out?

these bolts worked their way loose on my 9.8xt about 5 months after I got it, Ive had it just over a year done about 700 miles and it looks lke they have done the same thing again! the give away is when the motor moves enough for the chainring to skim into the chain stay! cuts quite a nice...
