thanks for the approval. always great to a be a member of a select group of cool people! I live in Tucson, AZ, USA. Tucson is in the Sonoran Desert about 55 miles north of the Mexican border. I live in the Tucson Mountains at around 3000 feet overlooking the city. Our mountain biking trails are very rocky, rugged, involve lots of climbing and the trails are frequently lined with saguaro, cholla and prickly pear cactus. I got my first mountain bike, a Giant Iguana, in the mid 90's. Yeah I am that old. Currently I am riding a carbon fiber Salsa Beargrease - a hard tail with a RockShok Bluto on the front. Love the bike. But am pulling the trigger on a new Specialized e-bike. Either a Turbo Levo Comp or a Levo SL. I am also considering an Orbea Rise M20. I am leaning towards the Comp. Will post fotos etc as soon as I take delivery. And yes the bikes are actually available here in Arizona. I have to drive about 90 miles to a shop in Phoenix but they have several in stock in my size.
