'lo, all!
Am picking up a 2020 Trek Powerfly 5 in Albuquerque Saturday! I'm crazy stoked. I did a lot of research before making the purchase (almost pulled the trigger on a Priority Embark, but I was concerned it wouldn't hold up to the rugged terrain here).
I'm disabled and, while I love my RANS Stratus (crank-forward recumbent), the lure of single-track and mountain trails is too strong to ignore. I look forward to getting in some serious desert bikepacking this winter. I'll definitely be putting the new bike through its paces.
If anyone else has this model Trek, I'd love to hear about (or get links to) anything and everything about it. I'm a wrenching wench and so will be installing a dropper post ASAP. Loading tricks and tips, things you've found that don't work so well, etc.
Thanks for the add and I look forward to shredding soon!
