So this is my first bike purchase since about 1995 when I got a Trek 930. I lined up the back tires and the Ebike is a good foot longer. Wow, is this thing a beast, and that's a great thing.


I only have a couple miles on it from my first ride so far, and I have some mixed reviews of the bike overall, but that's a topic for another thread and I'll get them sorted out I'm sure. The bike is great and will certainly get me out there for some really great times.

Howdy do, Rob, another New Englander "noob" to the forum here... Been riding the Holyoke Range semi-legally on several different eMTBs since 2015, though I never tried a Levo. Brose's assistance is familiar to me, however - its smooth, efficient quietude is unparalleled, IMO.

I suggest reserving judgement/reviews for after several more rides on different trails because it can take some getting used to. I had mixed feelings after my first few Motobecane rides (w/Shimano e8000), and now (@650 miles) it's my absolute fave for flowy singletrack.

That's quite the upgrade. Mountain bikes have sure changed considerably since then. Give it a few weeks on the new bike before you start making changes... you might adapt to liking it! Oh and Welcome!
