Looks like a good spec astro-frame bike, very similar to a KHS I once owned. Mine also came with the long cranks. I find 160-165 to be the sweet spot for me. I had to add tokens in the fork and shock, and this helped with the strikes considerably.

My first indication that the suspension wasnt just so, was that even at higher then recommended pressure (lower than recommended sag), particularly on the shock, the bike would bottom out badly. In my case the tokens were an easy and cheap correction that worked. Thanks! The tokens look interesting.
Oh yeah almost forgot. If your fork is capable of a 29 inch wheel, my KHS was much happier as a mullet.
