Do any of you guys use a dedicated GPS like a Garmin for navigation? I don’t really want to use my phone as I’d be too afraid of breaking it. If so what do you use? I don’t need lots of tech features just the maps showing routes and trails etc.

I use an amazfit pace smartwatch, they run about 80-90 euro if you get one on sale, wich they are all the time.
Has a built in gps and heartrate monitor, you can leave your phone at home and sync the watch to your phone later.
Syncs with strava/ios/android.
I work in an industrial enviroment and it survives that, and has no problems with riding.
Really like it.

Edit: if you want to use it for navigation you can, but it needs to have a bluetooth connection to your phone or you need to upload gpx routes to the watch. I just get notification on the watch on wich way to go via bluetooth.
