I ordered a Merida eone-sixty 700 in march. It was scheduled to ship in mid October, but in June I changed to another color because it had the earlier shipping date of 5/7. Got this message from the dealer today:
"Merida has postponed or canceled the confirmed deliveries for many bikes - unfortunately your bike is also affected. The reason for this is a lack of individual components, resulting from the Corona pandemic in the Asian production sites."
Its just devastating to me since I was suppose to use the bike to work. Don't want to settle with an alternative unless its a one-sixty 800.
Does anyone have inside info about Merida that can confirm that this is true?
Does anyone know of any dealer who happen to have a 700 in stock?
