Morning I have been cycling on and off for years. but several years ago started riding a lot more on road to lose weight. when lockdown 1 started i was doing 30 to 40 miles most mornings while on furlough to make up for lack of work.
I eventually got a new job and cycling stopped after they gave me my own work vehicle. so need to get cycling more again. couple of mates converted there mtbs with mid drive Bangfang units but its not possible on my mtb.which is a shame as the very powerful. a few other pals have dropped big money on various other emtbs.
So I have started looking I really like the look of the YT Decoy but its too much bike for me tbh and bit pricey but its really pleasing to the eye. Also they look sold out the website is a bit confusing also does any one know if they sell ex demos at the Guildford Mill place ? The other thing that put me of was the motor and small battery.
Also anything I like look of is out of stock is this because they are not in country yet or they sold out ? What i fancy is a 27.5 wheeled bike because I have short legs and only 170cm and stocky. large battery and Bosch gen 4 motor. And would prefer fox suspension and an all round bike happy being thrown downhill and happy climbing and rolling along the south downs way area. So any suggestions welcome my stepson has a Trek rail 7 I like but its got rock shocks and dont want to copy him. I like the whyte and a cube I have seen cant remember models. I am not adverse to a ex demo or really clean looked after used bike either or older model at a nice price. So if anyone can point me in right direction be really appreciated.
