Glad to be a part of this fine forum.
Been an avid mtnbiker for 30 years and had quite the collection of bikes. Took them all to local bike shop for them to sell and they were delighted because of the major bike shortage we're having.

I really hated parting ways with my Cannondale team Scalpel, favorite.

But at the young age of 60, thought it was time for an Emtb and after several hours of research and talking with local dealer, decided on Trek Rail 7.
I ride often with my 57 yr old brother who is a freak of nature.

My other hobbies include:
Bass fishing
Deer hunting
Shooting Clay's
Offroad Jeeps
Kayaking
Backpacking
RVing with the lovely wife of 35 years.
Was I suppose to keep rambling? Lol

My neighbor just got the exact same 2 weeks ago. Same flavour too. Loves it.
His hobbies were;
Cleaning his driveway
Moving boxes
Feeding his cat
Picking up mail
…basically his life has changed and his wife is very happy.

I’m planning a snow ride Sunday morning, I’m right across the river in Bethesda Maryland let’s put this big XR5 tires on that bike to use?
