At my wits end with this bike ,Can not stop it cutting out,totally powering off,No fault neons just dies,done so far too resolve it,
Multiple controllers
New wiring harness twice
New battery terminals (frame)
Motor has had a service and tested by a professional,no faults on the pcb
Battery lock upgrade too the new version
Shims fitted in the battery terminals
Cleaned the battery and terminals as best I can and tried electrical cleaners
As far as I’m aware the battery is good,Charging fine and when the bike sometimes works does what it should
Giant are useless and no faults found on diagnostic,So I’m basically left with a unusable bike,If anyone could suggest what too try next it would be greatly appreciated
