Second bike of exact same model (first stolen). First was silent when not pedalling at all times, this one is silent when pedalling but when I coast it is:
1. Silent when on smoothish terrain
2. Rattles when I hit roots or steps or anything rough. It doesn't seem to rattle when I am peddling over same terrain.
It is doing my head in.
Any help much appreciated.
The battery is secure and tight.
