Giant led 1 battery issue

the pedal assist does not work , though it shows that the battery is full.

According to the manual that represents ‘battery issues’ (page 21).
Have you done a system scan from the app?

LED signals there is a battery issue which has 2 main causes:

1. Fitment: The battery isn't properly aligned and snug. Battery error from Trance? - EMTB Forums
   
   
2. Dirty contact points: Clean the pins and insert points with a cloth and isopropyl alcohol

If the problem persists then you'll need to go back to the shop

yes i,ve read the manual , but it doesn,t make any sense. What app do you use ?i,ve given the bicycle for repair , and the owner said that the battery is fully working and the problem is somewhere else.

thank you for the answer , but i think they didnt find out what was the problem in that forum because he had two lights flashing .
